Because of the custom nature of our products, certain policies regarding returns, refunds, and revisions apply (see below).

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious transactions.

• Custom designs will not enter production until the final design proof has been approved by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping on select items across Canada (as specified on product pages).

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but may vary depending on production time and courier delays.

• Once shipped, AH Signs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made, refunds or returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The product received is not as per the approved design proof.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details at info@ahsigns.ca.
Approved refund requests will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Warranty

All our signs come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or handling

• Water exposure beyond rated IP levels

• Power surges or incorrect voltage use

• Unauthorized modifications
