🏭 Production, Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship only within Canada.

Is shipping free?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Total delivery time is 12–17 business days, including custom production, handling, and shipping.

🛡️ Warranty, Cancellation, Exchanges & Returns

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 1-Year Full Warranty on all lighted address numbers and accessories. Any component that fails due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll replace it at no cost if your order arrives damaged or defective.

Can I return or exchange my order?
As each order is custom-made, we can only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

⚡ Installation & Powering

How do I install the numbers?
Each order includes a detailed installation guide. You can also view our online Installation & Wiring Guide.

Is professional installation required?
While many customers install their numbers themselves, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician if you’re not comfortable with wiring.

Powering Options:
• Hardwiring (110V/240V) – use our transformer.
• Wall Outlet (110V/240V) – plug-in transformer.
• Landscape System – 12V AC with converter.
• 12V DC Source – connect directly.

Can I connect directly to 110V or 240V?
No! This will destroy the lights. Always use the provided transformer.

Available Colors:
Number Finishes: Black, Silver, Brown, Dark Bronze, Metallic Gray, Gold, White.
Backlighting: Warm White (2800K), Neutral White (4000K), Bright White (6500K).

Are numbers sold individually?
Yes, each number is a floating unit for a modern look.

Durability:
Made from stainless steel and solid acrylic, rated IP65 waterproof and weatherproof.

Are the lights dimmable?
Yes. Use our optional dimmer or any standard 12V DC LED dimmer.

Dusk-to-Dawn, Timer & Dimmer:
• Dusk-to-Dawn: Auto on/off with sunlight.
• Timer: Custom daily on/off schedule.
• Dimmer: Adjust brightness easily.

Wire Length:
Comes with 15 inches of wire. Longer lengths available on request — free of charge.

Custom Fonts, Colors, or Symbols?
Yes! Contact us for a personalized design.
